TradeCalcHQ provides free calculator tools for informational purposes. You do not need an account and we do not charge for access. The tools are offered as they are, and we may change, add, or withdraw any of them at any time without notice.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Our calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you supply. They do not know your circumstances, your jurisdiction, your contract, or your tax position, and they cannot weigh any of those things for you.

Before acting on anything you calculate here, consult a qualified professional who can look at your actual situation.

No warranty on accuracy

We work hard to get the maths right and we test it, but we make no warranty, express or implied, that the site or any calculator is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Rates, rules, and regulations change, and a result that was correct when published may not be correct when you read it.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Check any figure that matters before you rely on it.

You assume the risk

You are responsible for every decision you make using output from this site. Entering a wrong number, misreading a result, or applying a calculation to a situation it does not fit are all outcomes we cannot control and do not accept responsibility for.

This site contains affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or purchase, we may earn a commission from that company at no extra cost to you. This does not influence calculator results, which are pure arithmetic on your inputs. Our Affiliate Disclosure sets out the full position.

Acceptable use

• Scrape, crawl, or copy the site at a scale that degrades it for other people.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system connected to it.
• Republish our content as your own or present our calculators as your product.

Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine. Copying a guide wholesale is not.
